I was nervous about the injection, but she assured me that it was not that painful. It didn't hurt at all! Sometimes women are not taken seriously when we are in pain. Whitney was not like that at all. Thank you for listening to me and taking my pain seriously."

"I did not feel that she was really knowledgeable about my chart. I had called ahead asking that she go over my other labs to provide her Rheumatology opinions about why my labs are off. I thought rheumatology looked at more that just my bone density. I also had to question her on the med she was planning on giving me. She said I had already had 5 infusions and I have that I have only had 4 and why would I change meds if what I'm on is working. She really didn't seem to have an answer. I do not have confidence in her knowledge about dealing with anything that is not right out of a book."
