"The healthcare provider, Whitney, was actually the one that did all the stuff the nurse was because the nurse was not in the building at that time, and she was the one that took all of the questions, explained everything like a nurse would do. She was an excellent, excellent source of information, explained everything in layman's terms, took her time. had a good handle on what it possibly could be, made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. I would recommend her thoroughly to any person that needs to see the rheumatology lady. Thank you."

"I often have difficulty because the technicians cannot easy find a vein. This time they called in a physician assistant and she got it on the first stick. Such a relief. Then I went down to the lab for a blood draw. On woman there was very rough. Grabbing my arm and sleeve with no sensitive gentleness. She did not get a vein When I remarked on her roughness she just said that is how the do it. Her name was [REDACTED]. I NEVER Want her again and I told the man who followed her and did find to make a note of it."
