"When working with Dr. Rock, one of the most important pieces, probably because I have not had to work through such a department before, but we had to get x-rays done and those x-rays were taken right on the same floor. That was much appreciated. Our experience with x-ray down on the main floor was very unfortunate our first time through. We were x-raying a three-year-old and the patients of the woman that was taking his x-rays were not there. This was when we worked with Dr. Rock, this was our third time through x-ray. First time wonderful. Second time, less than desirable. Third time, absolutely great. Keith was who did his x-rays and he was so understanding and kind and calm with our son. Dr. Rock was great, but the x-ray up on that floor was fantastic."
