Because of the myriad of delays in being called back and getting to see Shelby, my appointment wasn't over until 4:40. Shelby profusely apologized which was kind. I just don't typically experience these types of delays with any other provider. It wasn't a good day for me that they were running so far behind. Otherwise, the experience was good."

"The Dr. was the only good thing about this visit.!!!!!! Totally disappointed with this hospital, did the pre-check in, as instructed I did the pre-check in and did remove the old insurance information, but it wouldn't let me put new information in, I had a bad feeling about this visit, after the doctors visit I needed blood work done, I asked the front desk if they had my insurance information, they was confused and told me they had it, ( they didn't ) but instead told me I was at fault for not filing in the information on the pre registration, and I told them it wouldn't let me. Why the heck is the patient doing the hospitals administrations check-ins. I was told my insurance was not good at your hospital, I have Wellmark Blue Medicare advantage PPO. I guess I wont do the rest of my blood work and also will not allow myself to go to a hospital that doesn't take a Blue cross insurance card. In fact, guess I will look for other Dr.s and a hospital that takes a Blue cross card. I'm totally done with Medical Ass. !!!!!~!"
