"I used the Patient portal letting this provider know that my issues were with the pelvic frature and not the back...when they came to take me back to xray they stated they were taking xrays of the back and pelvis. I refused the back xray. After the xray and the ARNP came in with the xray in hand of the pelvis and started to explain , she said her expertise was the spine and would have to refer me to the spine Ortho...Not a happy camper that I am paying for 2 specialists appt. when I could have done with just the one."
