I had written on my paper that I was interested in discussing a cure for type 1 diabetes. He read it out loud and proceeded to laugh/giggle/chuckle. He then looks at me and says you know there is no such thing. So I then told him that the only thing that I needed from him was his signature on the necessary paperwork to complete the necessary red tape for me to get my insulin. Very sad that I have an Endo that thinks a cure fore type 1 diabetes is a unicorn."
