    "Nothing. Sarah was incredible. However when we did lab work, I requested someone who was great with kids, we DID NOT get that experience at all. She couldn't hit a vein and my son was almost hyperventilating. I finally had to tell her enough. Then they brought in someone who was able to get it right away and was very friendly to [REDACTED]. I wish they would have just started with her in the first place!"
