"I came to the laboratory to get blood work done. The computer used was having difficulty. An associate said the computer was having difficulty last week, too. It took over 30 minutes of trial and error and 3 associates to try and figure out the problem. I was calm on the outside and frustrated on the inside. I didn't have my insurance card with me, and the associates said that didn't matter. I told them that I'd been fasting since 8:00 PM last night and I could just come back another time. However, the associates said that wasn't necessary. I'm very disappointed with the lack of service I experienced today."
