"When I checked in for my appointment at 12:30, which was separate from my second appointment at 1 p.m., the check-in staff seemed to not understand that and so they didn't call me to do my 12:30 appointment. So then when it got to be 1 o'clock, I went to the front desk and said, hey, I'm here. So there's some kind of mix up between the two different appointments, the pre-appointment where you do like a lab, which was a seeing test, and then the actual appointment where you see the doctor. So maybe they need to figure out how to understand that a little bit better. Once they figured it out, they got with it, though. So I was happy with that. Thank you."

"My appointment was changed twice and it took an extra 6 months to be seen. Thankful it was not an emergency. The person who did the preliminary eye exam was not wearing a name or ID badge. Not good in this day and age. I know everyone is busy but I was left to sit in a small room with the door closed waiting for the doctor for about 20 minutes. Not even a magazine to look at. Is the door closed really necessary. Is it safe for MA?"

"Toward the end of the Treatment they said that my contact exam will not be covered by my insurance and I had to sign a paper if I would've known that I wouldn't have them do that just have the eye exam you should tell patient ahead of time"

"A machine and a mirror were broken. Mirror caused issues with vision exam. Dr. also told me about a major vision issue that Dr. Daley never told me about. I have a right to know! Doctor wanted to dilate eyes even though I was told that wouldn't be done when my appointment was changed from late afternoon one day to early morning another day. If dilated, cant work the rest of the day! Doctor was good and corrected problem with prior contact prescription from a different provider."
