The Orthopedic provider I see had no openings for 2 weeks & I was prepared to go to Urgent Care but Dr Loetscher was available same afternoon. We got the process started for an MRI (first opening in 6 weeks!?). I made appt for a surgical consult at [REDACTED] & got info from MAHP re insurance coverage. I had a very bad experience in MA Orthopedics with [REDACTED] & will not see another MA Orthopedic surgeon!"
