"My experience with the reception staff has continued to decline. I'm often met with resistance when I call in or made to feel like I'm a bother. When making this appointment, the receptionist blind transfered me to the Care Connect rep in the middle of me trying to explain my need for appt. I then had to call back, wait on hold for a couple minutes and re-explain my request/need. When I voiced my frustration, I was told that I probably got a receptionist working remotely the first time and they don't always know the protocols. It's disappointing that you feel like a number anymore when calling in."
