The nurse or MA who was assigned to go over pre-operative instructions with me, was interrupted during the explanation process and asked to attend a different patient. Another MA or nurse came in and tried to pick up where she left off and was very mechanical and didn't give me the impression she cared much about being in the room with the task at hand."
