I was told medical associates contracts out the role of the radiologist who reads the X-rays, and that he was in his car when they tracked him down. That may not be your fault, but it does reflect on your quality of service."

"Was friendly and put me at ease, but was a little rushed and not thorough. Didn't look at second suspected tick bite, which was the the one that was actually enflamed. Was not clear about instructions for doxycycline (e.g. it was not clear that I should trade it even if my Lyme test came back negative. There were also no instructions about when to re-test for Lyme."
