"I am happy with Dr. Ram as a whole . I am UNHAPPY about the time limits put on the Drs. that make it hard for them to provide the best care for their patients. I waited over a half hour in the room and when Dr. Ram came in, it was obvious he was running late and rushed. He also had a student with him. The questions he asked made me believe he had no time to review my chart and was not aware I was a regular patient of his and what my medical situation was. He politely offered a couple of tests if I agreed and they were set up for me. After leaving, I had a sense that I wasn't really heard and Medical Associates cares more about the monetary bottom line than about patient care."

I then decided to head to Medical Assoc, calling as I left my home on the west end. I was still on hold 15+ minutes later when I arrived at Cardiology! So the medical experience was great but the administrative experience was really sub par."
