I would like to think that she only says what Dr. Ram indicates to say but I had the sense that she decided what was being said to me. In my case, surgery was not to be discussed and she upset me greatly. In addition, she called to make an appointment without checking because I already had an appointment scheduled. I think a nurse calling to make an appointment should at least know if you have one. Sorry - but I found this interaction extremely unpleasant. Dr. Ram was fine."

"I had a nuclear stress test on May 5. The next day a nurse from Dr Ram's office called to tell me everything was fine, no problems. She also said Dr. Ram needed to see me. This Wednesday, I drove 65 miles, one way, to have Dr. Ram tell me exactly the same thing. In less than 1 minute. Also, the nurse updated my medication list. A nurse did this on May 5, in that office, but the computer had not updated the list. Love this office, but there seems to be a communication problem between staff. I wasted 3 hours out of my day when a phone call would have sufficed."
