"I was kind of upset that I had to bring my child back to get his shots. I had the appointment scheduled at least a month in advance and specifically told them he was going to kindergarten (so he needed the shots before school started). I feel that the facility should haveade sure the shot was there for the appointment. I then had to leave early from work 2 days in the same week. Not to mention then I had issues with bringing him in the next day because Olivia wasn't there even though I was specifically told to bring him the next day. I did get resolved and he got his shot."
