"This provider sent in the wrong dosage to the pharmacy as well as the wrong prescription that we decided on. So I had to go through multiple hoops on getting the correct drug and thankfully the pharmacist noticed the correct dosage."

"I came in with an emerging case of an infection in my foot. I've have instances in the past of acute infections, and came to Acute Care immediately. Saw someone, but was rather "dismissed", and sent home. The unfortunate outcomes were very serious infections, which resulted in hospitalizations, including surgery. This visit on 10/19/2025 was completely different. My provider really listened to me, and most importantly, HEARD me. I told her I realized that she didn't know my history, but that I have had these types of symptoms before, and as a result, my health can go south very quickly. She ordered tests, did an exam, including getting a culture of the wound. Ultimately, this resulted in me getting admitted, and receiving IV antibiotics, in order to stop the infection. This was the best interaction, and result, from any experience in Acute Care that I have ever had."

"The main reason I went up for was a spider bite that kept getting bigger and was bruised. Even my work told me that I should get it looked at. During my visit she told me to watch it for any changes. I think I needed an antibiotic because I felt dizzy on two different occasions and fell since my visit. "I went in there with a UTI. I knew what I had, and it took three hours for me to get a prescription for some antibiotics. I really think that's an unreasonable amount of time to have to sit and wait for antibiotics when the place was not that busy. That's one hospital I've been to several times, and every time I have the same experience. I do not believe I will ever go there again."

"Thanks to the nurses who took the cat scan, took a picture of the Lower part of my lungs and a blood clot showed up on the scan. If they didn't go that high they probably would have sent me home with a blood clot and the outcome might have been different."

"The nurse that roomed me was dismissive. Didn't look at the computer to go over my medication list. Said that I "basically don't take any regular meds". When I pointed out I take heart medication she said "yeah, that's in there". Very quickly did my blood pressure...so fast that I'm not sure she actually got a number. I'm on BP medication so that was concerning."

"I saw Molly and a nurse in acute care, but I didn't get the nurse's name. Molly gave me an exam to make sure my migraine was not something more, which I very much appreciated. She told me exactly why she was doing what she did to rule out something more serious. She is excellent at what she does and very caring. The nurse then gave me a shot for my migraine, told me what to expect regarding the burn that I would feel from the shot. She was also very good at giving shots. She then asked that I stay in the office for 15 min to make sure I had no side affects and was very caring as well."

Standing on your feet and not moving about can be hard at that age be considerate I believe they're volunteers.i think buying them a lunch would be appropriate."

"Although I tested negative for covid, flu and rsv, all she could come up with for a diagnosis was "something viral". So, I did my own research. I told her I just returned from the Dominican Republic. That should of been a red flag for "biometric pressure illness"! The symptoms match up."

"My experience on March 5th was one of information seeking, and my provider really listened carefully. However, she couldn't diagnose because of the symptoms she heard me describe were beyond what their technology, et cetera, could use to detect anything. So I was sent on to the ER department to have more advanced diagnosis techniques. But I appreciated Dr. Molly as an attempt at helping me with my concerns. Thank you."

"I went to Acute Care for a swollen node above my clavicle bone. I had injured myself lifting weights almost 2 weeks ago. Molly immediately said could be having a heart attack. She ignored all of my "clues" that I gave her about my injury. She didn't even check my swollen lymph glands or listen to my heart and lungs until I asked her to. I came in very concerned about my swollen nodes and got absolutely no tests or resolution whatsoever. I had to sign a paper saying I wouldn't hold her accountable if I had a heart attack and didn't go to ER as she recommended. You people need to actually LISTEN to the person's symptoms. Why couldn't I sign a release form and then get some blood work done? This is ridiculous. Since I didn't follow your agenda, I was punished by having no further treatment or consideration. Most likely, given my "clues," I have soft tissue injury that will take a while to heal. It was a humiliating and infuriating experience -- not something I or anyone else should have to deal with when we come in with a health concern. You can do better."
