"It was a fine experience in terms of interacting with staff. I was disappointed in that it seemed like a waste of time. All that was accomplished was that I was told a CT would need to be scheduled and a cystoscopy scheduled. These things I knew already. So I went in thinking that at least the CT would be accomplished on that visit. Plus I still had to give a urine sample even though I had one ahead of time with the results sent. So, I think the step could have been avoided or combined with the next. In that way, it seemed like a waste of time and resources, and it could have been streamlined."

"This was an unnecessary doc visit...Molly even agreed. I had the exact same X-rays 3-4 weeks previously. I called the office to see if I needed to repeat them and if I even needed to attend the appointment. I was told yes. I expressed this concern to Molly. She said the receptionist and/or nurses never asked her nor told her about my phone call. It was a waste of $40 for me...plus what my insurance company has to pay...plus my time away from work. This is one of the problems with healthcare. Molly is a great provider and I like her and she agreed with me that in this case the system failed. So unnecessary..."
