She wasn't arrogant or intimdating or dismisive - but was extremely attentive to the information I provided her about my illness. Overall, she was very knowledgable about things beyond "normal" scope (like had heard of my illness/was familiar a bit with it). She also provided me with such useful information and steps to take going forward. I also enjoyed her bedside manner - she was the right balance of friendly and professional and I felt like I could trust her abilities and also would be treated kindly during it."
