Overall, she was very knowledgable about things beyond "normal" scope (like had heard of my illness/was familiar a bit with it). She also provided me with such useful information and steps to take going forward. I also enjoyed her bedside manner - she was the right balance of friendly and professional and I felt like I could trust her abilities and also would be treated kindly during it."

She listened to me and it didn't feel like she or the nurse were trying to rush through my appointment.
