"Yes, when I come in for my doctor's appointment, I would like to talk to my doctor, but I see that if I'm in the office too long or like I'm sitting in there too long and it goes over the time, then I'm charged extra. I mean, if I'm sitting in there for five or ten minutes and the doctor comes in and then you want to talk to her, but you know, after your appointment, you can't really talk, well, then it's just not quite as good as what I would like it to be. Thank you. I don't think I should be charged any more money. I mean, it's just a regular doctor's appointment. If you can't talk to your doctor, then who can you talk to? All righty, thank you."
