Within an hour, Sandra, a Triage Nurse, called and encouraged me to make an immediate app't., which I did. "I thought that Dr. Rendy was rather, well he wasn't very friendly and I just kind of thought that I was a bother to him being seen by him instead of my regular doctor. And I wish the doctors would use my first name because he just said, oh you've, you know whatever I had, I had, oh you have urinary tract infections and I said yes and that's the first thing he said when he came in the door. And I thought why don't you say, you know, hello [REDACTED] and that would make me feel more at ease instead of ill at ease. And I'm sure he's a good doctor but I really didn't care for him yesterday. So and then he didn't explain about the antibiotic real well at all and he said that I was trying to talk my way out of taking the antibiotic and I said no that's not at all true. But I said I've had some bad side effects and he said I think you should go to a."
