Also, the receptionists, particularly Silvana, remember me and my daughter. This is a remarkable and valuable people skill that alleviates the anticipatory stress often associated with doctor appointments when suspecting something is terribly wrong. Plus a few weeks ago Silvana was able to keep my daughter in line for seeing Dr. Kramer despite the ultrasound taking longer-past the designated appointment time. That day was a particularly difficult work day for my daughter who was experiencing overwhelming demands from a boss who was having a health crisis. By keeping the appointment on schedule allowed my daughter to get back to work to solve some urgent problems. Today as I was leaving, Silvana asked me to say hello to my daughter. What a thoughtful interaction! I find it remarkable and reassuring that these healthcare providers and staff at Medical Associates OB/GYN communicate in words and actions that they care about us as unique individuals who come to them for help. I am grateful they provide the highest quality care with the greatest regard and respect. Thank you."
