I felt really listened to and validated. She proposed a treatment plan and spent the time to educate me so that I felt comfortable with the proposed treatment. I rarely take the time to complete these surveys but I wanted to make sure Dr Kramer and her nurse were recognized for their service. They both went above and beyond for me. Dr Kramer is everything that anyone wishes for in a doctor. I feel privileged to be her patient."
