"I had an appointment scheduled with the neurology clinic on Monday, 03/24, to coordinate with 2 other appointments. When I arrived at my 1st appt I was told that this neurology provider does not see patients on Monday, that my appointment was canceled, and that I had to reschedule to another day. FYI: The appointment was NOT CANCELED prior to us arriving, as they told me it was, because I was able to check in for it the day prior. They were able to reschedule me for Thursday, 03/27. On Thursday, 03/27, we stopped at the registration desk prior to my appointment and they told me that I was registered. They did not say anything about needing to go to another desk to check-in, so we had a seat. After waiting awhile, I checked back in at the desk and they told me that I was not checked in, that it was past my appointment time, and that I would have to reschedule AGAIN! Once again, they rescheduled me. On Friday, 03/28 we finally were able to see our provider. We are over 80 years old, and drive over 20 miles each way to get to these appointments. Due to the errors (by multiple people) we had to come in 3 separate times when we should have had it all done in 1 trip, on the same day as my other appointments. (as it was originally coordinated). Everyone's time is valuable, including ours."

She treats the whole person versus just focusing on the couple of symptoms that are more obviously neurological, in order to get a true picture of what might be going on.
