He explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions patiently even though he's probably heard them a thousand times. "It was clearly a very busy day at the clinic. I waited almost 20 minutes after my appointment time before getting called back to an exam room and another 10 or so before the doctor came in. I completely understand why this sometimes happens, as I have sometimes been the reason another patient had to wait. However, I do expect at least an acknowledgement of the fact that I had to wait and appreciate when I receive an apology or explanation. I received none of that. Since it was my first visit to this clinic, that was a little disappointing."
