"It was really different talking to him. He seemed to, you know, just want to get it done and through. He didn't seem to have as much time as a lot of the other doctors do there. Otherwise, maybe I just didn't know him as well this time. I don't know. But I did tell him, you know, that I'm claustrophobic and certain things that I wanted him to know so that he would make it easier for me. So yes, I would say that it was, you know, very helpful. Much appreciated."

"Provider kept telling me that it was just a migraine which I have a history of but this vision issue I'm having is completely different than I've ever had with a migraine. I asked if my prescription could be the issue since I was due for an eye exam when I was pregnant and wasn't considered. Told me to schedule a repeat vision field test for the same eye for a 3rd time that I didn't pass the first 2 times and to schedule an eye exam for 2 months out. I can't continue to be taking off work to come to these appointments and getting told it's just a "migraine""

"I have been with Dr Baumann for a long time and have always been impressed with him and his staff. On a related note, I understand that you have hired another Ophthalmologist. This is long overdue. I have a yearly follow up and for as long as I can remember, the time I spend at the office probably averages about 2.5 hours. Not acceptable. I almost had to reschedule the appt I just had and it would have been 14 months later that I could get in. That is an excessive amount of time to wait for another appt. With all that said, I really like Dr Baumann. I'm glad you're giving him some help."

It seems that if one is to be waiting 45 minutes to see the primary doctor, some form of mental occupation could be offered I understand that at times a doctor needs to take more time with a patient than originally planned. Perhaps a few magazines could be paced in the secondary waiting areas."
