It seems that if one is to be waiting 45 minutes to see the primary doctor, some form of mental occupation could be offered I understand that at times a doctor needs to take more time with a patient than originally planned. Perhaps a few magazines could be paced in the secondary waiting areas."

"I waited 55 minutes before I actually got called to go back and waited several different times. One of the pieces of equipment was broke. So I had to wait for that. Really no explanation from the staff or anything keeping me in the loop about what was going on. So I felt very, it was just not a pleasant experience. I did enjoy my time with the actual physician. once I met him, but prior to that, I would have to say it was a very negative experience. Thank you."

"My appointment was at 8am. They called me back right away and then I sat there for 45 minutes. I stepped out to ask the nurse how much longer it would be and she said it would be soon but the Dr. wasn't even there yet. I said my appt. was at 8 and I needed to get back to work. She turned her head to look at the other nurses and just ignored me and another nurse responded with it shouldn't be too much longer. Neither the nurse nor Dr. Baumann apologized for the wait. He was very cordial when he arrived and I can't say anything bad about his service I just wasn't happy having to wait that long with no explanation or apology. If he was running late for one reason or another they could have just said that, but to turn your head and ignore....not very professional."

"I have been having dry eye issues for a VERY long time. Today is THE FIRST DAY I felt like I got some relief for this condition. I have had eye plugs put in my eyes every time at my annual eye doctor appointment. One or two days later the same condition would be back. Dry Eyes!! Today's appointment was a referral because I have a nevus on my left eye which he examined and wants to look at again in one year. However in my file he reviewed the medical notes and noticed that I have had a history of dryness in my eyes. He examined my eyes to determine what might be causing the dryness. He inserted temporary as well as more permanent (6 month) eye plugs to find out if they might provide some element of relief. This is the afternoon of the day of my appointment and so far so good. I will see what tomorrow brings given my history and experience with plugs and eye dryness."

She putting a patch on my eye and trying to touch my face, that's not acceptable. I didn't come to the eye Dr to get sick. My wife needs surgery in a week. Be nice if I'm sick and can't take care of her or I give it to her. Do better. You don't even put masks out for people, but suggest everyone mask up."
