Same thing this year... when setting up follow up yearly the closest to a year was to set it up 17 months away. I asked to go to the satellite in Galena to get it scheduled in a timely manner, but this also requires me to drive an additional 20 miles to and from."

"The front desk checked me in but did not mark me as present at the appointment. I waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes. I then asked the front desk if there was a delay and they realized they never checked me in and I was marked as a no show. They were apologetic and I then was checked in and completed the appointment but it was disappointing that my appointment that should have been less than an hour was over 2 hours long due to this."
