I then asked the front desk if there was a delay and they realized they never checked me in and I was marked as a no show. They were apologetic and I then was checked in and completed the appointment but it was disappointing that my appointment that should have been less than an hour was over 2 hours long due to this."

"I cannot say enough of wonderful things about her! I had cataract surgery about 3 months ago and I was miserable! I had it done in Florida where we live in the winter. She was actually the 4th doctor I'd seen. I had totally given up and felt like nobody understood the discomfort I felt. Within one hour,she told me 4 things the other doctors did not: 1. I have macular degeneration 2. I have dry eyes 3. There's some fogging on by new lenses 4. I have a small cyst on my left eyelid"

"It was not clear which department, OD or ophthalmology, I was supposed to go to. So when I arrived I checked in by text and waited for the phone call I was to receive when they were ready for me. I was chided for checking in before I arrived at the department but not knowing which department to go to I waited between the two and did not hear when the nurse called my name."
