"With new insurance, I was able to return to Katy Wethal and Medical Associates (after being bounced out by M.A. 2.5 years ago). As always, Katy was excellent as was her nurse, check-in staff, and lobotomists. One major concern: The entrance to East campus creates a whooshing of wind and cold air fluming into the check-in area, the appointment-making area, and part of the waiting area. It's the worst I have experienced in any medical facility in the entire tri-states. It seems easily fixable with some sort of polymer shielding. While staff are heroic in dealing with it, this provides a lousy work environment for these front-of-house employees--not something I am comfortable with at all. While I was there today, at least six other patients within my earshot commented on these conditions."
