"Finally, after a visit to Acute Care and 2 phone calls I was able to get over this virus that was hanging on for over 3 weeks. Felt I was being bounced around and no one would listen until this visit. This gal was very nice and I truly appreciated her help in getting over this nasty virus."

"I needed to go to the lab twice due to a mistake in checking what tests were to be completed. This doubled my wait time. I arrived around 4pm and was sent to the ER for a CT Scan about 6:30pm. Had an xray and two lab visits within that time."

"I had a pleasant experience from start to finish. The receptionist was very nice and sweet. It took less than 5 minutes from when she checked me in for the nurse who was also very nice, to call me back to the room. After telling her my concerns, I was sent to the lab where the lab technician too was also very nice and got me in and out quickly. As I was going back to let the receptionist know I was back from the lab, she said she would let the nurse know and I again was only sitting for a short time when I was called back to see the doctor. I really liked her! She explained my lab results and showed them to me at the same time. She told me what medication she was prescribing and explained why and said if I have any problems at all to call her. Katelyn Roussel is in the right profession, she's an extremely caring person. I would definitely trust her with my every day care as my primary provider. Please let her know that she made me feel comfortable and taken care of."

"She had no idea what caused my dermatitis so now I'm trying to figure out what the cause is so it doesn't come back. 2 days after steroids my face is still swelling, and I can't get into dermatology till April. At least I got something to resolve it for a little bit as I keep searching for a resolution and hopefully another doctor."

She had taken the time to read my records, was very caring and took the time to answer all my questions, she diagnosed my issues quickly and provided an effective treatment option, I was beyond impressed with this doctor in acute care as I was unable to see my primary doctor and quit frankly was a little nervous about seeing a doctor who is not familiar with me or my condition but much to my surprise Dr. Roussel has looked over my chart was very much up to speed with my medical history and I actually felt this Dr. went above and beyond and I felt confident and thankful for stumbling across such an amazing Doctor! He was also complaining of throat pain and while a strep test was taken, she didn't push to get a good look at this throat (ie. Get a wood stick to see what was happening in the throat)"
