Twice in the past 6 months we checked in, paid our co-pay and waited for an hour only to find out our provider wasn't in the office. Had we not asked if there was a problem I'm not sure how long we would have sat there. We also had a critical heart medication that needed to be renewed and when Hartig's reached out our renewal was denied. We had just been in the office so not sure why this would have happened. I love the providers but there are some issues with the staff that I think need to be addressed."
