"The provider Kari Pfab and her nurse were very good when I seen them in the office. But the cardiology department does not return calls. You leave a message with the receptionist and she sends the message back to the nurse or whoever is supposed to read it. But nothing gets done. No call back at all, you get nothing back. It has happened to me several times. I wait all day for a call back and no response. I realize people are busy but somethings are important with the person calling. Otherwise we would not be calling. Maybe you can tell the patient's the best way to communicate so you get your questions answered."
