"This provider was not very welcoming to my daughter and I, but I did like the ability to get into her very quickly, but think she could have done a better job in interacting with my child. Thank you."

"We live 2 hours away from Dubuque. We brought my son in on Monday night, unfortunately we couldn't get there until acute care hours. I had a personal assumption as to what the diagnosis was based on his skin conditions, past history of dealing with the same diagnosis and family members we had been around also recently diagnosed. After that provider listened, he sent us back home with a plant allergic reaction as the diagnosis and told to apply steroid cream. My husband got home with our son after 10 pm, my mom intuition told me this was wrong, I needed a second opinion before I made this worse with a steroid cream. By 8am we were back in the car to drive another 2 hours and headed to Dubuque to see Dr Scott. In less than 20 mins she CORRECTLY diagnosed, we had 2 antibiotics, and today my son is looking so so so much better. We are Thankful for her today. The end result of working with her was worth 8 hours in the car."

"Dr. Scott saw us checking in at Acute Care and noticed [REDACTED] was scared. I told her that we could not get an appointment, so we just came to acute care. She was kind and told the receptionist to cancel our registration and said she would meet us down in peds. [REDACTED] immediately took a deep breath and looked relieved, he loves "his" doctor. The nurses were on break so she took care of everything. She made him feel safe, comfortable and ultimately gave him the best care. She explained everything about her findings to [REDACTED] and answered my questions. As a mom, I know we chose the best place to bring our son for care. Thank you for employing a doctor who uses compassion and love when caring for God's little blessings."

"My child was seen for a possible strep throat. I called and asked if it would be possible to call in a prescription because I have another child that was recently diagnosed with strep throat so that I didn't have to bring a sick child into the clinic when she had all the same symptoms. I was told that they couldn't do that because they didn't know if she had strep. So I took her in and when the rapid test came back negative they said it was because the nurse didn't get a good swab so rather than repeat it they just gave us the meds anyway so I felt like it was a waste of a trip."
