"Dr was great. The nurse was unpleasant. When we arrived, I (Mom) shared that my son was worried about having to get shots. She said he would have to get shots, which distressed him before we even got to the exam room. When we got to the room, she left the room to check on something and came back and told us that we could wait until his next appointment to get them as he was only 11 and they were required at 12 yrs and 7th grade. He clearly said that he wanted to wait, and I agreed that it was fine to wait. Throughout the appointment the nurse continued to bully him about getting shots. As she left, she asked again, and he said he did not want them today, and I said that was fine with me to not receive them. She said she would come back after the doctor to check again on getting shots. When she came back in after the doctor had finished her exam, she pushed him to get the shots. He pointed out that she had said he didn't have to get them today. But she steamrolled him and and came back with another nurse and the shots and forced him to get them despite offering him the choice at the beginning of the appointment. He came away from the appointment saying that she lied to him. This was a distressing interaction that certainly didn't help build his trust in medical professionals. It would have been better if she had not offered him the choice in the beginning."

"She was extremely thorough and did not rush us. She called us with results instead of a nurse so I didn't have to play phone tag to get my questions answered. She was also very pleasant and great with my child. Thank you so much Dr. Scott!"

"Dr. Scott listened to our concerns with such a caring heart. She acknowledged our feelings while also giving us her professional opinion in a way that made us feel supported and understood. I especially appreciated how she spoke directly to our son and asked him questions, making him feel seen, heard, and included in the conversation. After discussing different options, she truly valued our input and asked for our opinion as well. I really appreciate how she approaches every appointment as a partnership with our family. Our son absolutely loves seeing her, and she always brightens our day. We trust her completely and know she genuinely wants the very best for our family."

"She always makes it possible for to get in to see her and if there's something wrong with the child, she makes it a point of trying of really getting her in as soon as possible. She's always courteous, polite. She's real good with [REDACTED] and her siblings. And she's patient. She listens to anything that I have to say or anything I ask her and always leave there feeling really great about everything. She's a great doctor and I'd recommend her to anyone."

"This provider was not very welcoming to my daughter and I, but I did like the ability to get into her very quickly, but think she could have done a better job in interacting with my child. Thank you."
