"The front desk treated me as though I was a number to be processed, and I felt like I was being herded like cattle. the nurse whom took vitals, also treated me like a number instead of as an individual person with individual needs. For this reason, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The doctor was ok."

"My biggest frustration was delays. I think I spent more time waiting than everything else combined. I was told to get there 15 minutes early for paperwork which I did. The drug screen started just before the appt time. I then spent about 30 minutes waiting to move on to the next step. Which included listening to my nurse spend about 5ish minutes complaining about missing paperwork abs having no clue what some of the testing was that needed done."

"The prescriptions that were listed that I did not list were prescriptions that I haven't used and unclear of what they are. It was even hard for me to spell the prescriptions that I actually use, like lisinopril and stuff, but they brought up stuff that I was unfamiliar with and I should clarify or ask what they were for. So that was a little misunderstanding there. So thank you."

"When I came in, staff was going to lunch which delayed the drug screening. The entire visit took approximately 1.5 hours."

"Everyone was super nice. My appointment was at 2 pm. I arrived at 1:15 pm. I expected to wait until 2 or after. But, luckily, I was seen right away and out the door by 2:05 pm. It was a great experience. Highly recommend this team."

The positive vibe and outgoing personalities all the staff had actually made something that one would normally kinda look at as a pain in the rear to go do and get out of the way actually enjoyable.
