"Visit was on a Wednesday, heading into a long holiday weekend, needing a prescription refilled, which they forgot to refill, even after I called FOUR times throughout the day, the following day, to check to make sure it was taken care before Friday since they'll be closed that day for the holiday and since I'll be out of town. Now it won't be refilled until Monday, possibly, but I will now be out of town until Wednesday so it's unlikely that I'll get it until then...a week after my appointment. Very poor customer service."
