"I love Dr. Ott ,but my arms feel weird like something isn't right. Dr. Ott is focused on my elbow ,but I feel like it's a combination of my shoulder by my armpit,bicep area, inner elbow and wrist. I was doing great after surgery until April when it felt like a rubber band snapped in my bicep area and i've been having numbness off and on again in ring and pinky finger. He did suggest it could be a disc in my spine. I'm waiting to see if therapy is going to help with my symptoms, but would really like to find out what's going on with my arms/feel better. Trying to keep an open mind."

"I waited in waiting room for 30 minutes with no one saying anything to me. Then I felt like I was shoved into a room where I waited another 15 minutes. Dr Ott was with me a total of 8 minutes. To explain a surgery and recovery. Barely touched on recovery and I had questions still and he walked out. The nurse that came in to schedule the surgery war rude and abrupt. Tried asking her questions and she didn't even look at me and said no we don't give narcotics period. No alternative options or let me check with Dr. nothing nice. I don't like that I have to wait to see Jason Schultz and he tells me what I already know and then I have to wait 6 weeks to meet with Dr. costs me another copay for what the Dr could have done in one visit 6 weeks ago!! I was not treated nicely. I work in a medical clinic and I would never think to treat my patients like this. Very disrespectful."
