"I waited in waiting room for 30 minutes with no one saying anything to me. Then I felt like I was shoved into a room where I waited another 15 minutes. Dr Ott was with me a total of 8 minutes. To explain a surgery and recovery. Barely touched on recovery and I had questions still and he walked out. The nurse that came in to schedule the surgery war rude and abrupt. Tried asking her questions and she didn't even look at me and said no we don't give narcotics period. No alternative options or let me check with Dr. nothing nice. I don't like that I have to wait to see Jason Schultz and he tells me what I already know and then I have to wait 6 weeks to meet with Dr. costs me another copay for what the Dr could have done in one visit 6 weeks ago!! I was not treated nicely. I work in a medical clinic and I would never think to treat my patients like this. Very disrespectful."
