"When I spoke with Joy, she said that they get feedback from the insurance sometimes two days, sometimes it takes two weeks. But when I went to check out to make my appointment, they would not even consider that I may get feedback before two weeks. I would like to try to get back in before that two-week timeframe. And she was just like, nope, it's two weeks. It seemed to me like they weren't even going to try to get feedback from the insurance quickly. So just a little bit disappointing. I don't think the lady that checked me out was very respectful. Thank you."

"I had an at-home sleep study done last week. The nurse was very helpful. I never met the doctor. The nurse told me that I would get a call from the doctor if I had a problem, or a call from the nurse if I had a minor problem, or a letter from the clinic if I didn't have any problem. And it's been a week already, and I haven't received any letters or calls from anybody. So I'm kind of a little bit disappointed in that. Thanks."

"I arrived to discover they needed per-authorization to do the sleep study. They have done at least 1 before for me but I couldn't get equipment because they needed per-authorization from my supplement. I think having checked before I arrived would have been more efficient. Now I have to go back to get equipment they will use to do study. Ineffective"

"Checked in with desk as it was 3:02 when I arrived and the text check in said not available check in at desk. Girl at desk asked name and D.O.B. told me to find a seat closest to a select door being the waiting room was busy. 3:00 appointment. After sitting for 46 minutes I went back to desk to ask if something happened as I had been sitting waiting for 46 minutes. Lady said to have a seat and she would call back and that they are probably just behind. I thought that was a good generic response rather than I see if they forgot about you. 5 minutes later nurse called for me and appolgized for the wait. Provider also appolgized also. I told her after 46 minutes waiting, I figured I better ask. She said I'm glad you did. I got the impression from both I was forgotten about or the girl I checked in with didn't actually check me in. It was a different lady was there when I went to ask about the long wait. The nurses and provider were great! 30ish minutes after being called back, I was leaving with a plan."

"I enjoy seeing Joy each year and catching up on things in life. The nurse seemed newer and a little passive for lung function test. She asked if I was familiar with it. I told her yes. She then withdrew from any instruction and I was on my own. I made a few mistakes with the timing of placing the tube in the mouth and felt slightly reprimanded. I don't know the program, what the flashing lights mean and even when breathing, the nurses have always been keep going, keep going...which is helpful. She didn't do this and I wasn't sure how I was doing. I just didn't get the normal nurse/patient vibes that I have had in the past. She uses the machine and the test multiple times during the day. I'm coming in once a year. I expect some guidance and for her to review the process before the test begins. Even doing a quick run down would have been helpful. She was friendly, but felt disengaged. This was my first experience with her, so that relationship hadn't been built yet. Might be different on a 2nd visit with this nurse. Time will tell."

I was hoping to get this process done before I went on vacation but now I will have to wait till after as my appointment to pick up home sleep kit is just a day before we leave. Otherwise Joy and staff provided professional care."

"It was very cold in the waiting room for Internal Medicine/Pulmonology. The temperatures were cold outside but the receptionists and the people waiting I this area are being overexposed to cold weather. We went over to West and On West campus where no one sits had 2 heated blowers In The large empty lobby area! Seemed illogical!"
