"I was very early due to my mammogram nurses being so quick and efficient at the East Campus for my 12:30 appointment. I sat down expecting a 45 minute wait. Dr. Berger's nurse called me in within 10 minutes of my arrival. I was done with my appointment before it was even scheduled to start. I should point out it was at 1:30 so I was one of the first after lunch. I went back at 12:55. As a side note I also had labs that morning...arrived at approximately 7:55 and was at work by 7:16. Very quick and efficient experience with all three appointments at Medical Associates that day. I was very pleased."

"Please introduce clinical students to patient and ask if it's fine if they are in the room during patient's visit. I had 4 people in the room during my annual exam. One with physician and one with nurse. I support educational experience, but having three people at my feet was not the most comfortable experience or appropriate during an annual exam especially without patient consent."
