"We've never seen Dr. Callahan before but he was great - very gentle and kind, and was very helpful diagnosing my daughters issues. Both him and the nurses listened with concern and provided information on what we could do to help at home along with the meds she needed. We'd go back to see him again!"

"The doctor came into the room, didn't introduce himself to me very well, didn't let me get in a word to introduce myself or my son. He also didn't ask me very many questions. He checked my son's ears, throat and listened to his lungs and told me everything sounds great. Which is good but he did not ask me if I had any other questions or concerns. I could barely get a word in before he walked out of the room! I had also told the nurse that I wanted the doctor to also look at his right eye, she made notes on the laptop, said that she'd let the doctor know. The doctor never said a word to me about my son's eye and he never examined his eye! I was very upset. It felt like the doctor was in a rush, he wasn't even in the room for 5 minutes."

"Overall, the visit was satisfactory. However, our nurse really pushed the vaccination saying that these are a must. I did have clarifications with John Callhan, which he was able to help address, but the nurse was very, very forward about how these are required and must have vaccinations for any child."
