"You can improve by listening to your patients' concerns and respecting them, talking more about medical history and paying attention to them. I think I did not receive either, and what happened as a result of which was 20 minutes after the appointment, less than 20 minutes after I left the building, I started experiencing so much pain that I was passing out and shaking uncontrollably, and I had to go to the ER in another city. So if you can improve anything, it would be listening to your patients, paying attention to their medical history, inquiring about their medical history, and understanding."

"This was the first time meeting this provider. She was very professional and very thorough. I really liked her. What I didn't like was when I came to the floor, some of the floors you have a computer you can check in and at the OBGYN there was just a message that said, check your registration and see if you were sent a link you can register yourself. So I was doing... looking at my phone trying to do that, realized I did not have that and I stood in line and stood in line and the receptionist that sits in the chair that's closest to the OBGYN hallway, she never looked up, never asked me, you know, any questions, never offered for me to come forward. The other receptionist was busy. So finally I stepped up and said, am I supposed to register or just sit down? And she said, well, I saw you on your phone. So I figured you were registering yourself. And I said, no, you have a sign here that says that, you know, to check"
