"Okay, yes, I had a dermatologist appointment that I needed to get in sooner. I am still dealing with it. So, no, and I do not blame the doctors or anything, but it took a long time to get an appointment, which I found very frustrating. I've been up to acute care three or four times. They gave me a cream, not health, and penicillin. They did their part the best they could, but I was not happy with trying to get in to see a dermatologist. And they were respectful. I mean nothing against the staff. I mean, you advertise that you can get in right away and I'm not a hyperchondriac or anything."

"When scheduling my appointment I was hung up on twice and had to call back. I was not told when scheduling that my appointment would only be 10 minutes and I could not have my other concerns met at this appt. When I was in the room the nurse was cold, rude, and unhelpful. If I were to return to this provider I would request that this nurse be nowhere near me and my care. The provider was helpful to a point but still was unable to meet my concerns. The most helpful people were the receptionist and the nurse manager who helped me until my issues were "solved" enough. If short (like 10 minute) appt.'s are scheduled where only one thing can be talked about that should be stated to the patient when scheduling is happening so that they are aware. If I am going to an appointment I assume I can have all my concerns related to this specialty met, especially since I have a job I am taking time away from. If I would have known about how not all of my concerns would be covered I never would have attended the appt in the first place. The transparency is missing which would have avoided many of these issues. One of the worst experiences I have had at medical associates. Thankfully I have had other positive experiences in other specialities."

"I waited in the exam room for almost 25 minutes before the doctor came in. The appointment was at 7:40am. I understand that things happen, but I wouldn't expect the provider to be that far behind that early. I have had similar experiences in other departments at the clinic. What makes it worse is other staff are talking outside the door, joking and laughing and in your mind, you think it is your provider just making you wait. I don't think it was in the case but that doesn't help the patient feel like their issues are important. Someone else should have stepped in to apologize for the wait."
