"I waited in the exam room for almost 25 minutes before the doctor came in. The appointment was at 7:40am. I understand that things happen, but I wouldn't expect the provider to be that far behind that early. I have had similar experiences in other departments at the clinic. What makes it worse is other staff are talking outside the door, joking and laughing and in your mind, you think it is your provider just making you wait. I don't think it was in the case but that doesn't help the patient feel like their issues are important. Someone else should have stepped in to apologize for the wait."

"Typical of medical associates, you seldom can see an MD. And so you have to see a PA, most of whom are really fine and good, but it's just not the real world of being able to encounter a real doctor for appointments. So medical associates lack that availability, and that's disappointing."
