"I went to MA West- not knowing the Derm office was on Pennsylvania. When I tried to check in- the receptionist couldn't find my appt after I repeatedly told her my name, DOB and that I was seeing Dr Schope . After some time, the receptionist informed me that I had to go to the Pennsylvania office because that's where the Dr's office was. I told her to call them and let them know I was on my way- which she did. I did make the appt so in the end it worked out. I guess the real problem no one told me about the Pennsylvania office and the text reminder did not give the location . And I'm not sure why the receptionist didn't tell me right away that I was in the wrong place"

The one thing that I was a little disappointed in is there was a line when I checked in, and perhaps OCMED does not help with registration, but I felt like the derm side was kind of slammed and it seemed like maybe they could help out, but maybe they're two separate entities and not able to do that.
