"when I called to make my appointment back in the second week of Oct I needed to be seen by Jennifer Schope as soon as possible. I was not able to talk to the nurse and have her talk to the Dr. so I could get worked in. The gal that answered the phone she could make an appointment. I will do it. I did not need the appointment 8 or 9 weeks out. I needed it as a work in right a way, a week maybe two. Now the warts had gotten so big I need to go back in a month to make sure the freezing killed them now. They were so big I need 2 appointments."

"I followed Dr. Jennifer Schope to MedAssoc from GRMC. Not impressed with MedAssoc waiting room where patients hear every word the check-in staff say (poor room design). Very unhappy with the fee to remove genetic keratosis spots. GRMC charges $125 to remove up to 15 spots; Medical Assoc charged $168 to remove 6-7 spots. This fee is ridiculously high and enough to make me reconsider leaving MedAssoc Dermatology as this is a annual treatment that is needed to manage this condition."

"I have had 4 previous full body scans done in Houston. None were as thorough and comprehensive as that provided by Dr. J. Schope. 1. She needed to do a biopsy which was much to my surprise, pain free and on the followup the procedure was again pain free, unlike what occurred in Houston. Her technique is Impressive 2. I was seen ahead of time and completed 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. 3. Her staff were as just as thorough in providing care. It is obvious they follow her example 4. This was my first visit to the new offices location and for me the facilities are easy to get to, very clean, functional and provided me with the privacy I require. 5. The online "New patient" portal was easy to navigate and retained all that I entered days before arrival at the clinic. The added feature to check in when I arrived in the parking lot was very clever and efficient. First time I ever had a medical provider adopt this process and for me it was a "winner". 6. Overall the entire experience was quite exceptional and I sincerely thank Dr. Schope for managing care that left me feeling I just received the best of dermatology care."
