"I had a spot on my leg that had become red and inflamed. I was surprised that I had to wait a month plus to get in to have it checked. But, in the meantime, I tried OTC Bacitracin and Vaseline. It had calmed down by the time I got to see her, but still felt I best have it checked. She assured me it was the right thing to do. But the type of lesion it is, it can be common for them to do just that. But she again said best to call and assured me that I had done the right thing."

They always did a great job with timely responses. Already with switching to Medical Associates Hartig's said calls for prescription refills were ignored.
