I understand they may be finishing up, but it comes across as rude when 2 of them are talking amongst themselves (work related and fixing something), but to be able to look up and make eye contact and say "we'll be with you in just a minute" would go a loooong way. They weren't trying to be rude or ignore me, but human ete contact is so important to be engaged with customers. Please start practicing it."

"My last primary doctor was from [Redacted], was out of network, receptionist always complained that my insurance was such a hassle for them that I was too make sure I verified what was gonna be paid for by my insurance and what wasn't. My primary was a PA-C, out of pocket got expensive for just a visit so I could get my prescription updated. So I weaned myself off acid reflux medicine. Covid was in the stirring around phase, I quick scheduled a shingle vaccination, then told him I was going to be more different doctor network. That was over five years ago. Put off looking for a doctor for many years. Definitely was not something I was looking forward too. My daughter 30 years old keeps me busy with the many doctor she goes to, she has autism, along with other diagnosis and very little speech with missing a speech function. We were going out of the country on vacation so this meant I needed to find a primary doctor and soon. I called medical Associates finding a new doctor the lady was extremely helpful cause I had many questions. She said there were only two doctors taking on new patients. One was Holly's doctor, my daughters. So I scheduled with. Dr. Jennifer Mohr. Am I ever happy I did.!!! checking in was great like always meeting. The nurse was great but the doctor Jennifer Mohr what extremely intelligence prepared for my visit. She had went through all the medical records that I had sent over. She was familiarize with everything asked me more detailed questions about things in my chart. It felt like she was there to truly help me with my healthcare to keep on top of test that needed to be done and what I really wanted, which was to stay healthy as long as I could so I could take care of my daughter. Give me a lot of time and when asking me was there anything else she just didn't leave it an open end question she went into subjects to help me jar my memory, and of course, I overlooked a few things with always thinking about what's going on with my daughter and not myself. . She was very informative and I liked it when I asked her what her thoughts were. She gave me her opinion and explain why she had that opinion. Before I left, I had to give a urine sample at the lap and then my daughter and I left. ( My daughter goes with me every where,I am her only caretaker.) as we headed to the library, I thought WOW !! what a great experience I had. And it was with a doctor I knew nothing about , no deep dive research or anything Dr. Jennifer Mohr was a great fit for me, I felt it It !! along with uplifting relief. I finally had found a doctor and she was right for me. So I only have praise for my whole situation. Everyone was courteous and kind in my new doctor definitely was way more than I ever expected and I am looking forward for my next appointment in a month to go over all my labs. This really was a great experience for me."

When I contacted the dept to see if my fasting labs needs to be done closer to the new appt, they responded back that Dr. Mohr would see me on of the first weeks in November at 8 am. I appreciated that they were able to see me sooner than the January appt as I had a major health issue earlier in the year and wanted to talk with her about it since I had not seen her since my previous physical.
