"Hi, it's not about this particular provider because he's wonderful, but these constant surveys, medical people are being drilled with surveys and if they so much as blink wrong, you're going to discipline them because their survey wasn't perfect. I think this is getting ridiculous. I mean, we've been going to Dr. White for a long time and all of our surveys say how nice he is, but yet you still send us surveys asking how nice he is and if he was helpful and if he knows what he's doing. At some point."
