I was put on a cancellation list and received a call on 6/22 early morning that there was a 1:00 pm appointment available! Mary Kay was so very nice on the phone and again when I checked in and out of my 6/22 appointment."

I had to wait 13 weeks to see him. My initial appointment (of five weeks later) was rescheduled by Medical Associates. for four weeks later. My rescheduled appointment was also rescheduled by Medical Associates for another four weeks later. This does not feel very accommodating. In those 15 weeks my condition didn't improve by any means."

Dr. Schulz explained the next two weeks exercises etc and then repeated them (which I appreciated as often there are lots of guidelines at appointments so hard to remember everything!! "The questions asked in this survey were not applicable to my appointment. I was scheduled for a CT Scan in Radiology. I was prepped for a scan of my left shoulder. Unfortunately, the techs were having problems with the machine. After I had been lying on the table for about 25 minutes they decided to send me home informing me that they needed to have the machine looked at and would contact me to reschedule my scan. Everyone was very nice and apologetic but this postponement means a delay in finding a treatment for my shoulder and potentially rescheduling an appointment I have with Dr. Ott to go over the results of the scan."
