"The questions asked in this survey were not applicable to my appointment. I was scheduled for a CT Scan in Radiology. I was prepped for a scan of my left shoulder. Unfortunately, the techs were having problems with the machine. After I had been lying on the table for about 25 minutes they decided to send me home informing me that they needed to have the machine looked at and would contact me to reschedule my scan. Everyone was very nice and apologetic but this postponement means a delay in finding a treatment for my shoulder and potentially rescheduling an appointment I have with Dr. Ott to go over the results of the scan."

I had called on Monday to get an appointment and I could not get in until October 28 to see Jason Schultz so then they scheduled me with Dr. Korth because they could get me a appointment on October 7. Then one of my friends suggested I called the Platteville office to see if I could get in sooner and I was able to get in the next day. WhenI called there on Tuesday I was able to get in on Wednesday. So I was very pleased with that. The only thing I would suggest is when you call the Dubuque office, they should suggest trying the Platteville office. I know it wouldn't work for everybody, but it's worth suggesting it."

When I arrived at the west campus again the receptionist and nurse knew what had happened and again very professional and kind and apologized numerous times along with Jason. The manager also knew the situation and was going check into what happened. I appreciate all of them doing what they need to do so it doesn't happen to anyone else. And it was nice of him to help my bursitis, hopefully with this cortisone shot, but he did not, he asked me who told me I needed a hip replacement."

"I had a bakers cyst behind my knee putting pressure on a nerve. Went to the ER instead of Ortho, because no one could give me a Cortizone shot for imflamation. By the time I got in to Ortho. The cyst was getting smaller. Three weeks of unnecessary pain."
