"I had to reschedule my appointment because the receptionist took 15-minutes to input my new insurance info. I had just gotten the card that morning and gave it to her upon arrival so she wouldn't charge old insurance. That made me late and the doctor had to move to next patient. Should have sent me in to see doctor and then finished the input of insurance data once appointment was completed."

"The pre check in was a joke as i completed it and received a confirmation text and I even asked at the reception desk if I was checked in and they told me yes. I waited for 40 minutes and I asked again and they told me I was not checked in which is very confusing. They finally got me in after an hour of waiting. I will not use the pre check in again"

"Frustration. A 45 minute wait because of 2 things: I confirmed my appt a few days earlier but when I arrived I forgot to click on submit. ( my fault) 2. But I went to the desk to show her my appt card, and she said since I was confirmed, I was all set, not checking that I was actually confirmed. And she threw away my appt card and left the desk. 3. So I sat for 45 min with at least 10 patients bypassing me. Finally I returned to the desk and told my situation to another gal. She let them know I was there and they would work me in. 4. I can't believe someone didn't notice I didn't show up. But I know they had me on there appt list because a gal called [REDACTED] and I went to her and she asked my name and birthdate. Then said "oh, wrong patient. Then and there, would have been a time to ask if I had forgotten to submit my arrival. Not a good experience with staff that day, other than the person that finally checked me in!"
