"I didn't appreciate having to wait at home for 2 1/2 hours for the swab results. Then I had to tell the nurse that called the Doctor said if I was positive I will get a script. She puts me on hold and says I have to come back for lab work, which I didn't appreciate. I was really sick and didn't want to make multiple trips out. I had issues with pharmacy too but that doesn't apply here. Worst appointment I've ever had with MA. I'm very disappointed!"

"Dr. Hiatt did a great job and I seemed comfortable talking about my issues. Previous doctor didn't seem to listen or make me comfortable as my provider. The only issue I have is the physicals and excessive testing he wants done which I think is overkill and not necessary. I understand the blood work is necessary but not checking skin and all the other things he mentioned. Anyway, other than that he does a great job and cares about his patients."

"Nothing good to say. They take ur temp don't tell you if you have a fever. Don't check BP had to go back the next day for to do stuff that should have been done the first day paid two separate co pays 40 dollars each time. They act like an antibiotic hold street value and can be sold as a drug. Whether they think its viral or and infection whose to say. Just a horrible weekend and acute care was no help"
