She puts me on hold and says I have to come back for lab work, which I didn't appreciate. I was really sick and didn't want to make multiple trips out. I had issues with pharmacy too but that doesn't apply here. Worst appointment I've ever had with MA. I'm very disappointed!"

"Dr. Hiatt did a great job and I seemed comfortable talking about my issues. Previous doctor didn't seem to listen or make me comfortable as my provider. The only issue I have is the physicals and excessive testing he wants done which I think is overkill and not necessary. I understand the blood work is necessary but not checking skin and all the other things he mentioned. Anyway, other than that he does a great job and cares about his patients."

"Nothing good to say. They take ur temp don't tell you if you have a fever. Don't check BP had to go back the next day for to do stuff that should have been done the first day paid two separate co pays 40 dollars each time. They act like an antibiotic hold street value and can be sold as a drug. Whether they think its viral or and infection whose to say. Just a horrible weekend and acute care was no help"

"Okay, I went in on a Sunday. The only vital the nurse took on me was put the oxygen on my finger. I got no temperature taken, no look in my throat, no blood pressure, no nothing. The doctor came in, said it was, oh, sounds like a pinched nerve, complained about my ear, so he did look in my ear, and said I had an ear infection, never looked in my throat, never did anything like that. I had to go back today again, cost me another $70, and this time the staff was great, and the doctor was great, and I got three different kinds of medicine, and I got drops. So I did not like that none of my vitals were taken at all on Sunday."
