"Well, I will be honest. I had an appt. with Dr. Caceras he was great. He is excellent and answers all my questions. I don't have a problem with him, he is very professional. But, When I came in the building I had to let the lady know I had an appt. 3 ladies all on the phone...myself and a few waiting behind me...It took forever for them to get off the phones(I did not like that!) then I had to go to the lab they told me it would be about 15 min. Got at the lab place at 11:17 and it was about 11:47 (32 min wait) before they got to me. (They had alot of people waiting I get it but, again I was not happy)"
